Please be aware that 皇家华人, the national charity, is a separate charity to the Local 皇家华人s across the country, although we share a common brand. If your experience is with regards to your interaction with a local 皇家华人, then please contact them directly. They, like us, have a feedback process and will be pleased to hear from you directly.
